While working at Studio Feather I was leading the direction of Scott Mcgillivray’s new show 'Buyer's Bootcamp'. We were provided with a script and a VO of Scott narrating the concept of the show along with buckets of footage from the first few episodes. I wanted to pitch something back that was a little more graphical in nature but still used the footage as the main focus. We presented a few options with the client before settling on something that we all liked and then finished the animation.

Unfortunately for whatever reasons, the almighty gods at the network killed it at the very last second and went with a straight footage based open using only the end tag. I still like the frames, the relationship we had with the team at the Mcgillivray’s and how we worked together. Here they are:
